“This must be the worst job in the world.”
Dr. Haroldson is often told, “This must be the hardest job in the world.” Her response is always the same: while it is never easy to say goodbye, it is a privilege to help end a beloved pet’s pain and suffering. In veterinary medicine, we are given the unique gift of providing a peaceful, humane passing when comfort and quality of life can no longer be restored. Helping families say goodbye with love, dignity, and compassion is truly an honor. She is deeply grateful to be entrusted with your pet’s care and to be included in such meaningful final moments.
